Scuba Diving and Snorkeling in the Cenotes of Yucatan, Mexico with Calm, Relaxing music

In life, we go through experiences that may feel overwhelming, nerve-wracking, and in some cases even stressful. This type of life experience leaves you feeling paralyzed, anxious, and/or stressed.
While you are watching the videos, your subconscious programming takes control of your visual senses, and you can relax and unwind. Your brain is submerged in a slow, calming stream, you hear each tone and picture as you watch different nature scenes. It is really cool how “programmed” our brain can be when exposed to this type of relaxation.
This video features swimmers in calm, dark caves (Cenotes) in Mexico, accompanied by calm and relaxing music.

Come along and relax as swimmers calmly flow through a dark Cenote with interesting light from above in this calming video. The calm music may be for you a perfect fit for meditation, relaxation, or focus. The only light comes from his flashlight and the natural light filtering in from the outside. The cave is very calm and so is the ambient music. This video is perfect for relaxation, meditation, focus, and white noise.

The video below contains natural sounds that may help you sleep, meditate, or focus on a task.

Explore the sapphire waters of cenotes

Cenotes are natural sinkholes found in the Yucatan Peninsula. These fascinating caverns have been a major scuba diving attraction in Mexico for many years.

The cenotes, which are freshwater sinkholes in Mexico, are home to many species of fish. The most common species found in cenotes are mollies and catfish, but cenotes can contain over fifteen different types of fish. Because each cenote has a different freshwater-to-saltwater ratio, there is such a wide range of fish species. Some cenotes have a lot of small fish, while other cenotes have hardly any.

Much more interesting than the marine life in these ancient sinkholes are the geological formations you’ll encounter. First, you’ll stumble upon stalactites and stalagmites, maybe wondering what they are and how they formed. Then, you’ll find yourself in awe of the huge pillars of rock towering over your head.
